Domain Name Registration and Hosting
We include your domain name registration and 1 full year of hosting in the cost of your single property website. No hidden fees, subscriptions or auto-renewals. (At the end of the year, you can renew the site or it will automatically expire.)

Map of the Area
We automatically integrate the Google map generator in each listing site to enable home buyers to zoom in on the exact listing location and surrounding area.

Unlimited Photos
You can include an unlimited number of photos for the property. To fully showcase the property, images are required at 800X600 resolution or greater.

Custom Options
We offer customization options as well. For example, if you are an agent, we’ll add your photo, agency logo, link to your personal site, and custom colours to brand the website as your own.

Virtual Tours
Include links to virtual tours of the property to further enhance a home buyer’s experience and peak interest in the home.

Area Attractions and Amenities
Add all the information you want and link up to information on area schools and community services as well as provide additional links to local theatres, parks, golf courses, and other points of interest. Future buyers/renters are able to fully appreciate the community and get a clear picture for the property before they physcially visit it. Property-specific content is a great way to impress visitors and keep them coming back to the property website – and enticing them to your personal site.

Add a Floor Plan
Impress visitors by providing detailed floor plans of the property. If you have a floor plan for your listing, we can integrate it on the property listing site.

Mortgage Calculators
The integrated mortgage calculator enables visitors to determine their estimated monthly mortgage payment.

Preview and Approval Process
Once the site is built, it is posted to a staging area where you and your client can view the site and make changes before you approve and publish. The staging area is also a great resource for winning listings. You can build a site for a potential client to use in your Listing Presentation. Then, when you win the listing, you can publish the site.

Signage and Sign Riders
You can purchase sign riders displaying the listing URL (property address) for $10.00 at any time. Sign rider dimensions: width up to 36” wide and 3” – 6” tall (with grommets, if required). We also offer full signage packages. Contact us for all your signage needs and details.
